The Pavilion
Open-sided, under a cypress roof, with the lake behind the aisle. Ceremonies run here until the light goes.
The Barn
1940s frame, restored beams, and strung lights the whole length. Dinner and dancing without moving a chair.
The Grove
A smaller clearing for rehearsal dinners, elopements, and the quiet hour before the doors open.

Venue fees have a reputation for hiding things. Here is the whole list.
Friday to Sunday
Access from noon Friday for setup and rehearsal, through 11am Sunday for load-out. No hourly overage on either end.
Tables and seating
Twenty-two farmhouse tables, 220 cross-back chairs, and the ceremony benches. Delivered, set to your plan, and cleared by us.
On-site coordinator
A venue coordinator from setup through last dance — not a planner, but the person who knows where the breaker panel is.
Parking and shuttle stop
Ninety spaces on gravel, lit paths, and a marked shuttle turnaround so buses are not reversing past your photographs.
Bridal and groom suites
Two conditioned rooms with mirrors, steamers, and a fridge. Open from the moment you arrive.
Clean-up
Ours, not yours, and not billed as an extra. You take the gifts and the top tier home; we handle the rest.
